Mobile First: Rethink Design

In today's video, Stew uses persuasive data to demonstrate why online surveys must be primarily designed for the mobile user.

"It's not just enough to have the mobile user in mind when designing an online survey," says Stew.  "You've got to design the survey directly for the mobile user."

The user experience is of utmost importance when designing a survey - if the interface is clunky or hard to use, the user could become frustrated.  These frustrations might show in the data and add an unnecessary skew to the results.  Even worse, a poorly designed survey could lead to input errors - that's a disaster in the world of survey research!

If you need online research, give us a shout - we're experts in mobile UX/usability and we apply that knowledge to all of our online surveys.  We'd love to help you!

Kevin is all about research. Qualitative, quantitative, UX, you name it. When he's not researching, he's to be found laying down beats in his studio and hanging out with his dogs (and girlfriend). Woof.
